  Confused about Satan's plan according to WTS

  my rudimentary understanding of jw beliefs is that satan is leading traditional christian religions and the wild beast of the un is his tool.

  is the wts concept that the un will eventually ban all religion and this will start the big a?

  wouldn't satan be working at cross purposes if 'he' is leading the false religions too??

  I was told Satan's most successful strategy to date was to get people to believe he doesn't even exist.

  No religion = no Satan and then the end will come.

  If I was Satan I would be hiding demons in charity shops, ouija boards and guaranteeing those attending seances all got an appearance just to prolong the "short time" until my ultimate demise, coz don't forget although he gets locked up for 1000 years he will be let loose for a short time afterwards. However I am starting to feel this short time might actually be quite a long time if it is the same amount of time as soooooon.

  on sunday, i voluntered to make some drinks on easter sunday afternoon/evening.. if you have any suggestions, including blender drinks, please share..

  Eggnog?

  Original recipe makes 12 servings

  • 4 cups milk

  • 5 whole cloves

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 12 egg yolks

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

  • 2 1/2 cups light rum

  • 4 cups light cream

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  Directions

  1. Combine milk, cloves, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and cinnamon in a saucepan, and heat over lowest setting for 5 minutes. Slowly bring milk mixture to a boil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine egg yolks and sugar. Whisk together until fluffy. Whisk hot milk mixture slowly into the eggs. Pour mixture into saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes, or until thick. Do not allow mixture to boil. Strain to remove cloves, and let cool for about an hour.
  3. Stir in rum, cream, 2 teaspoon vanilla, and nutmeg. Refrigerate overnight before serving.

  If that is too complicarted buy a bottle of Advocaat and mix it with lemonade and a dash of angostura bitters topped off with a cherry on a cocktail stick.

  And these "problems" are real for these poor people. I do feel sorry for them. They clearly cannot make their own decisions at all. The society has taken away all normal reasoning abilities.

  Sorry, I meant has the Danish person who circulated the elder's manual been taken to court and is he alright?

  Or is it exaggeration by the witless and he just had an account closed like I did with my youtube account.

  I did not see the closure of my youtube account as a "major victory" for WTBT$, in fact within 24 hours I had another one up and running and didn't give it much thought after that but I can see how a witless might spin it as being a "major victory" for the society.

  If they think us being silent on the matter is because we are scared I wanted to correct that matter here and now.

  I love this bit he has put at the end of one paragraph about his website though. "the law and the truth have no place on this board!" PMSL

  THE VERDICT IS IN!

  Almost all of the Anti-Jehovah's Witness organization have been completely quiet about the arrest and detention of the person in Denmark who posted on the "Yourselves and to All of the Flock", and the Society's other secret documents, in violation of international copyright laws. Despite the fact that the Internet site violating the copyright laws has been closed down and the owner arrested, other mirror Internet sites have taken over in keeping the copyrighted material on the Internet in defiance of established international copyrights laws thus giving the appearance that the site has not been closed down.

  It should not be at all amazing that all these antiJehovah's Witness organizations have tried to keep silent about the matter. It is embarrassing for them to acknowledge that the Danish Internet site was closed down by the Danish authorities BECAUSE THE SITE WAS IN VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT LAWS.

  This is a major legal victory for the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society in protecting the rights to its intellectual property, because the infringement of an author's work will not be tolerated in the courts system.

  Wouldn't it be funny if after the Sparlock video it was deliberately leaked to us to disect and point out the flaws enabling them to adjust it.

  I found out a JW friend of mine has an addiction to torturing animals!

  last night i found out a close jw friend of mine takes delight in watching animal torture.

  i am an animal lover, and i dont know what to think.

  i dont want to end our friendship because this friend has been very accepting of me.

  Ours was definitely a whack job.

  She got baptised twice strange in itself, but then after sipping and nibbling for over 40 years a couple of years ago she decided she was mistaken and not anointed.

  This was the woman who studied with me and convinced me to get rid of all my kid's Disney films, stop watching soaps and because my late gran used to own a ouija board to get rid of everyhing she ever gave me.
